We offer both electrolytic and electroless plating capability. We have the ability to hold tight tolerance and still maintain aggressive cutting ability. A new feature we can achieve is varied concentration. Most plating manufacturers provide maximum coverage, and that is the only option. In some instances, a lower concentration will allow for chip clearance, enhanced coolant flow or an even more aggressive grind. Our design engineers will work with you to determine the best product for your specific application.
