Our grit tools offer a uniform distribution of diamond through out the matrix. The tools are designed to break down at a rate that will constantly allow fresh diamond to be exposed providing for not only the best but the most consistent dress possible. Our diamond grit is pelletized or coated to achieve the best bond between the diamond and the supporting matrix. We offer a variety of matrix hardness custom suited to your specific application. Our cluster tools are either powdered metal or vacuum brazed natural, synthetic, PCD, or mono crystal diamond.
