Electroplated Tools
We offer both electrolytic and electroless plating capability. We have the ability to hold tight tolerance and still maintain aggressive cutting ability. A new feature we can achieve is varied concentration. Most plating manufacturers provide maximum coverage, and that is the only option. In some instances, a lower concentration will allow for chip clearance, enhanced coolant flow or an even more aggressive grind.
