Common materials include 410 Stainless, 304 Stainless (including nitrided 304 SS), INCONEL® 718, and Duplex alloys.

TRIM·STAK™ trim components are manufactured in a fashion superior to OEM.
Our trim disks are precisely CNC machined to exact specifications. Multiple disks are then brazed together to form a solid construct. Carefully chosens alloys and a multi-step finishing process yield a seamless construction that far
exceed the trim's operating temperatures. We can heat treat and precipitation harden certain alloys to increase toughness and wear characteristics.

Our dealer partners will come to your site and design a trim, plug and seat to work with your existing valve body, and can install them if necessary.
